In other news I have succumb to the addictive world of twitter! It really is quite fun, I have started "tweeting" quite regularly so feel free to check out mine.
Back in the real world I have recently acquired a fantastic penthouse apartment in the heart of Belfast City, its a awesome place and will hopefully become my design headquarters for many years to come.
It's also just across the road from my new place of work, rehab studio. At rehab I have really been enjoying myself in a very challenging design role working for some awesome clients!

While browsing the web today I spotted this selection of websites from six revisions and was pleased to see shylands.com featured among the sites. In their own words,

Well 2007 is nearly over and its been almost 6 months since I relaunched shylands.com and to be honest the response to the site has been amazing. First of all I would love to thank all the design galleries that featured the site. Beyond the galleries I was also pleased to see the site featured on several articles showcasing excellent design.

shylands reimagined /August 1st 2007
Welcome to the all new 4th iteration of shylands.com, the site is a huge leap forward from the old design and I am extremely pleased with the end result. The site has been developed using web standards and with modern web design aesthetics in mind.
The new look is all about a consistent, creative visual presence for the shylands brand. Simple yet unique and most importantly I feel its a fun look which really shows my own personality and style.
Everything is structured around the diverse portfolio section housing many projects divided into sections based on the design services I offer.
This blog page will reveal a little bit about myself and things that are catching my interest at that time. There will also be site updates posted here such as portfolio submissions, hopefully the blog will be getting used quite frequently!
